Due to the custom nature of our prints, returns are not accepted unless in the unlikely event that they arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at studio@ohmcdesign.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement.

7. Order Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations as the orders go directly to the printer workshop and it is out of our control when printing and production begins. Please get in touch before placing an order with any questions, concerns, or customisations.

8. Intentional Characteristics

Our art prints often include intentional characteristics such as blur, texture and grain, which are part of the artwork's vintage charm. These features are thoughtfully preserved to maintain the integrity and appeal of the original images.

9. Intellectual Property
